LifeUp (henceforth may be referred to as “we, us, the company”) uses the information provided by you (the user) in order to provide our service via our website and mobile apps.

Personal Information

As defined by Republic Act No. 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act, “personal information” is defined as the following: “refers to any information whether recorded in a material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information, or when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify an individual.”

LifeUp collects certain personal information for fulfillment of orders including but not limited to as the user’s name, address, payment method, et al. This information will not be shared with third parties unless consented to by the user.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
